The Haunting Room
Thunder struck loudly causing the room to rumble. Her bright sapphire toned eyes fluttered open. The only light in the room was from the fire across the room in the hearth. She sat up in the bed and slowly glanced around the room, it was all shadow with an orange and red tint.
"Shayla Evers," a voice came and her head whipped to the left where a small set of couches along with a glass coffee table was set into place. "That is your name isn't?" he asked her crossing one leg over the other and laced his fingers together. She nodded her head slowly
